Returns/Replacements
As all our t-shirts are bespoke and made to order. We cannot accept returns, unless the goods are faulty or do not match the order. In the latter case we will gladly provide replacements if the deadline will allow it. You must check the goods at the latest, the day after you receive them and inform us that same day in order for mistakes to be rectified and replacement garments to be sent in time.

Refunds
Full refunds cannot be given once you have accepted our order acknowledgment with delivery date agreed and you've sent your acceptance email back to us.
In the event that your deadline is too tight and we cannot meet it, we will inform you by email and gladly refund your full payment.

Sizing
Full UK sizing is given on all our garments in inches and where possible on the ladies garments inches and equivalent dress size. However we can only go by our manufactures guidelines on sizes and ask you to use your discretion especially on the ladies fitted garments. We cannot replace garments that do not fit. If in any doubt please phone or email for further guidance.

Delivery UK Mainland - 7 days (Free)
Most of our orders are turned around within 7 days and we endeavor to get the goods to you at least 4 days before your event. All goods are dispatched on a next day delivery carrier. We shall inform you when your goods have been sent out but we cannot give a time for that delivery so it is important your delivery address has someone there ALL day to sign for the goods.
